Be sure to ALWAYS check for information on copyright status or any licensing applied to images before use. Even if images are in the public domain or free for re-use, they should always be attributed to the creator.
It's simple to do in EasyBib:
1. Select All 59 Options tab in EasyBib.
2. Select "digital image" from the list of options.
3. Complete the form with information from the image website.
If the image does not have a title, you will need to write a description of the image yourself.

A great place for detailed biographical information about your topic.
PowerSearch searches all Gale Databases/eBooks in IConn and the NHS Catalog.
Sort your results by "Books" for the best results.
Images used in multimedia presentations (Powerpoint, Prezi, Glogster, etc.) require two (2) acknowledgements:
1. At the point of insertion in the presentation, there must be a reference to the item as listed in the works cited page.
A text box inserted beneath the image is suggested.

2. You must cite the image in your works cited page. See the adjacent box (below) on citing an image in EasyBib.

Password information for all NHS databases is located on p. 34 of your student handbook.
Remember that almost all databases give you a complete appropriately formatted citation for articles. To move that citation from the database to EasyBib, follow these simple steps...
1. Copy the complete citation from the database.
2. Select the "All 59 Options" tab within EasyBib.
3. Select the "Write/Paste Citation" Option.
4. Paste your citation.
Evaluate your selection before using:
1. Authority?
2. Objectivity?
3. Currency?
4. Content Quality?
